I want to add to my report on the GC3 Mitigation WG Meeting this week: One more presentation by Adrienne Farrar Houel (Greater Bridgeport Community Enterprises) has led with state and local partners a successful DOE Technical Assistance Award. One of 24 across the country. They are now in the process of writing their Scope of Work including Energy efficiency (reducing energy buden on low income populations), clean energy planning, transport, economic development and workforce development.
