Newington is having their garbage leave ct to as far as PA and it will be expensive more than now.

are there laws in place to protect the public when stores are taking expired or almost expired food to give to various groups. Example at one point a local charity was getting bread from a store and it was moldy and they stopped accepting bread as a result
