Add option for other local recycling capacities at transfer stations. For example, metal coat hanger….instead of trash, we ask residents to place in the scrap metal bin.

Wrap program a harder sell in terms of engagement of residents — because nearest wrap collection is just too far away from our rural town. Any suggestions for this scenario?
Mari Jackson (Sustainable Trumbull)
01:23:26
Sustainable Trumbull holds a monthly recycling drive and we collect plastic film and drop it off at the local grocery store collection location. Barbara, if you offer this to your community residents, it may make the option to opt in easier. We are volunteers who run this event but it is pretty manageable.
