For Towns with municipal contracts and/or municipal fleets, all the additional information would be between haulers and their private customers. This is why the haulers oppose it. Are there any haulers on this call?

Do companys register only if they are using our transfer station. or do you register ALL haulers?

If a town does not have a transfer station and has a single contract with one hauler for townwide pickup of trash and recyclables (contract includes insurance requirements, etc.), other than the statutory requirement for registration, is there any purpose for hauler registration?

Do we have any metrics showing that increased registration leads to results? (better diversion, fewer traffic accidents, less litter). quantitative data, not qualitative? If so, has it been published?
